Please be aware that custom frames and commission work are non-returnable.

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with an artwork purchased from the Keito.art online shop, you have the option to return the art within seven (7) days of receiving it. To initiate the return process, please notify Keito immediately if you are not satisfied.

When returning the artwork, it must be in its original condition and packaging. Please ensure that the art is securely wrapped and packaged to prevent any damage during transport. Unfortunately, damaged returns will not be eligible for a credit. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping back to us.

To notify us of your intention to return the artwork, please send a clear statement to keito@keito.art within seven (7) days of receiving it. In your message, please provide your name and order information for reference.
